Cultivating executive presence is a key element for success in today’s professional world. Throughout this session, participants will explore strategies to enhance their credibility, communication proficiency and composure in various workplace scenarios.
Through interactive exercises and practical guidance, attendees will have the opportunity to sharpen their conflict management and decision-making abilities. We’ll delve into effective techniques for navigating challenging conversations at work and providing constructive feedback.
Additionally, participants will learn valuable skills for practicing self-regulation, enabling them to maintain poise and confidence in high-pressure situations. By the end of the workshop, attendees will leave equipped with actionable insights and tools to elevate their executive presence and thrive in their professional endeavors.

The learning objectives of this class are to:
- Understand the 7 C’s that make up executive presence.
- Examine your own strengths and weaknesses within 3 C’s of executive presence
- Recognize the different options available for effective decision making
- Learn how to give constructive feedback at work
- Practice verbal and nonverbal communication skills
- Create an action plan for improving one’s own executive presence
