Serving as a senior leader in any organization means dealing with the toughest issues of the day. In short, senior leaders should not be dealing with the easy stuff. Without an established policy or practice to guide the institution, senior leaders have to navigate the path for the organization. This session will have students working in small groups to discuss some of the “Hard Questions” emerging today.
