Elizabeth Bradley began her banking career at age 18 as a teller in her hometown of Monticello, Arkansas, and has since built more than 24 years of experience in risk management, audit, compliance and governance across both public and private financial institutions. She joined Encore Bank in 2020 as Chief Audit Officer and, since 2022, has served as Executive Vice President & Chief Risk Officer, where she oversees enterprise risk management, compliance, BSA/AML, Fair Lending, CRA, Loan Review, Regulatory Relations and Community Outreach for the ~$4 billion institution.

Elizabeth holds undergraduate degrees in Finance from the University of Central Arkansas and Accounting from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She completed the ABA National Compliance School in San Diego and is a 2023 graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado (GSBC), where she will join the faculty in 2026.
