Shelbie Fitch serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Stock Exchange Bank in Caldwell, Kansas. At the $90 million bank her responsibilities include accounting, lending with an emphasis on agriculture, credit analysis, asset and liability management,  and serving as secretary to the board.

She has a Bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from Wichita State University and is currently a third-year student at the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado. Outside of the bank, she is actively involved in local community endeavors such as the coordinator of the South Haven Playground remodel, church committees, and acting president of the South Haven Township Library board. Shelbie and her husband own and operate a cow/calf herd and grain farm in south-central Kansas.
