5 Class Hours
Instructors: Elizabeth Bradley and Jeff Phillips
After managing a bank as a team in the first week, it is time to lead the organization as an ongoing entity through strategic planning and forecasting. As students work to finish the last few quarters of the bank simulation, this course provides the tools necessary to create a long-term vision for the simulated bank and begin to plan for the human, technology and physical resources needed to achieve this future state. This will have immediate application to the students’ organizations as they are introduced to the tools to create a long-term vision for the organization and its future leaders.
Key takeaways of this course:
- Responsibility to plan for the bank’s long-term resiliency.
- Effective tools to discern a long-term vision for the organization.
- Gain experience in planning for the ideal structure and governance of the organization.
