Tiffany Erb began her career in banking over 25 years ago at a community bank in Oklahoma where she started as a teller, served in the accounting and auditing functions, and was promoted to the Regulatory Compliance Officer. Tiffany joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas in 2010 as an Assistant Examiner, where she began conducting both safety and soundness and fiduciary examinations; received her examiner commissioning in 2013; and was promoted to Director-Examinations for Community Banking Organizations (CBOs) in 2018. In her current role, she is responsible for managing a team of examiners, a portfolio of state-member CBO banks and bank holding companies, and a majority of the district’s fiduciary activities.

Tiffany has bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University in Oklahoma and is a 2021 graduate from Graduate School of Banking at Colorado.
