Dr. Suzi Kalsow is Vice-President of Learning and Development at Bank Midwest, with locations in Iowa, Minnesota, and South Dakota.  She began her career as a middle school teacher and coach, which led to jobs as a curriculum director and regional education consultant.  Her next move was to higher education where she was a graduate professor, Dean of Education, Associate Vice-President for Academic Affairs, and Academic Vice-President.  Suzi is a certified trainer for a variety of programs including Fierce Conversations, People Skills, and DISC.  She made the move to the banking industry in 2014 and is passionate about workplace culture and leadership training.
