Rocky D. Williams is executive vice president with Arvest Bank in Norman, Oklahoma. He has 24 years of banking experience and is currently the Commercial Division Manger for Norman and South Oklahoma City. Rocky is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, received his MBA in finance from the University of Tulsa and graduated from GSBC in 2019.  Rocky is on the boards of directors for Norman Regional Health Foundation, Norman Chamber of Commerce and South Central CASA of Oklahoma.

Attending GSBC has been very beneficial to my banking career. Additionally, the friendships and connections I made will last a lifetime. In my role as an ambassador I hope to encourage more Oklahoma community bankers to attend and experience all GSBC has to offer.
