Rebecca Diaz has been in the banking industry for 15 years, starting as a teller at Wells Fargo. This professional progression has allowed her an opportunity to see how big banks and community banks operate – the good and the bad. One of the greatest rewards in her line of work is helping people reach their financial goals.

Diaz graduated from CSU-Pueblo in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and an Emphasis in Marketing. In 2019, she graduated from GSBC with honors, returning in 2022 as a faculty member.

Diaz is heavily involved in Pueblo non-profits. She is a founding member of the CSU-Pueblo Foundation’s Next Gen Council, Vice President of the Pueblo Community College Foundation, serves on the Sangre de Cristo Art Center Board and has supporting roles with other nonprofit organizations. She is in her 10th year with the Junior League of Pueblo with five of those years serving on the Executive Board of Directors. She also served on the Board of Directors with the Boys and Girls Club of Pueblo County for three and a half years.
