Her industry experience spans banking, manufacturing, construction, real estate and healthcare, giving her a practical, cross-industry perspective on complex leadership challenges.

Lisa holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA from the University of South Dakota and certifications in Executive Coaching (iPEC), LEAN (Bronze), and multiple industry assessments. She has facilitated hundreds of leadership programs across the U.S. and internationally and is a two-time Americas Sales Leader of the Year with Leadership Management International.

Outside the boardroom, Lisa lives life with the same intensity she brings to her work. She enjoys time on the family farm with her husband Dar, staying active outdoors, being on the water, gardening, reading, and traveling. She and Dar love chasing new adventures with their two grown sons and supporting them in everything they pursue.
