Kelly Jordan was born and raised in Oklahoma and has the accent to prove it. She graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s degree in leisure service management in 1993 and became certified to teach health and physical education in 1995. After coaching basketball and teaching for five years, Kelly moved back to her home town of Quinton, Oklahoma, where she began working at Farmers State Bank, shifting her coaching skills from the basketball court to the banking arena. She currently serves as vice president and customer/employee relations officer, as well as serving as a member of the board of directors. Farmers State Bank, founded in 1908, has been owned and operated by the Jordan family since 1968. Kelly is a proud 2011 graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado.

Kelly is actively involved with the Community Bankers Association of Oklahoma and currently serves on the board of their leadership division, Horizon Bankers. In addition, she participates in both the Oklahoma Bankers Association and the Independent Community Bankers of America. As an active member of First United Methodist Church in Eufaula, Oklahoma, she sings in the choir and serves on both their building and nominating committees. Furthermore, she attends, supports and volunteers at various sporting, school and community events within the bank’s footprint in southeastern Oklahoma.

She enjoys rooting for the Oklahoma State Cowboys, playing golf, water/snow skiing, traveling, playing the guitar and spending time with family and friends.
