Doris Rigoni is the Managing Director/ Market President – Denver for Kirkpatrick Bank. Kirkpatrick Bank (KB) is a full-service private commercial bank just over $1 billion in assets. The bank specializes in commercial real estate and business loan origination with a high touch, private client delivery system.

Rigoni and her team started the Denver location in 2014. Prior to her time at KB, Rigoni was involved in restructuring nearly $400mm of classified loans in the special asset group at First National Bank of Denver and nearly a decade on the title and due diligence side of transactions.

Rigoni’s early career was in the public sector working directly for Colorado Governor Bill Owens in the Economic Development and International Trade Office and for the Denver International Airport Public Private Partnership. Ms. Rigoni previously sat on the Executive Board for both the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP Colorado) and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW Denver), as well as Past President for Colorado Lending Source, a non – profit Certified Development Corporation for SBA lending.

Rigoni completed the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado in 2021 and holds her Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation and undergraduate degrees from CU Boulder. Additionally, she attended Daniels College of Business for the Real Estate and Construction Management program, holds her Colorado real estate broker’s license, and has a certificate in Spanish and Economics from Universidad de Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Rigoni has been awarded multiple company production and industry awards. She was the recipient of the CREW Denver Networking Award, the CREW Rising Star Award, NAIOP Developing Leader Award, selected for the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Real Estate and Diversity Initiative and held public office as Mayor Pro Tempore for a local Colorado municipality.  Currently, she serves as the Education Chair for the CU Real Estate Council at the Leeds School of Business in Boulder.
