Ashley Wiser is the Chief Operating Officer at Chambers Bank, headquartered in Danville, AR. Ashley has been in banking for more than sixteen years in multiple retail and operations roles and is a 2023 graduate of GSBC. She was named to the 2022 AR Money & Politics Women in Banking list and is a 2023 Arkansas Business 40 Under 40 honoree.

Ashley enjoys giving back to her community by volunteering with multiple organizations such as the West Fourche 4H Club and Inspire River Valley. She feels that having a strong mentor in the workplace helps foster success, as well as build the next level of leaders. This led her to establish and launch RISE (Reaching Increased Standards of Excellence), which is a formal mentorship program within the bank geared to help boost team member confidence and increase employee retention.

In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time on the farm with her family in Bluffton, AR, where she resides.
