Sheila Noll, executive vice president and chief operating officer of PCBB, has been named chair elect of the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado (GSBC) for 2023-2024.

With nearly 30 years of banking leadership experience and an outstanding wealth of knowledge in the payments space, Noll is a sound leader for the community banking industry and guide for GSBC’s educational objectives. She graduated from GSBC in 2005 and has served the school as Alumni Association chair from 2015-2019 and as a trustee since 2019.

“Sheila is a passionate advocate for banker education and GSBC,” stated GSBC President & CEO Michael Stevens. “I look forward to working with her in this important leadership position as we continue to execute our strategic plan.”

In addition to GSBC, Noll is a past or present member of many banking organizations, including the Faster Payment Task Force with the Federal Reserve Bank, the ICBA Operations & Payments Committee, the Clearing House RTP Advisory Committee, the Faster Payments Council Advisory Board, among others.

Noll will succeed Barry Lockard of Cornhusker Bank in Lincoln, Neb., when she assumes the role of chair in 2024.
