Michael Needham is President and CEO of The First Security Bank, a $100 million institution headquartered in Overbrook, Kansas, serving local communities as well as areas on the fringe of Topeka and the Kansas side of the Kansas City metro.

Michael grew up in community banking and began his career performing entry-level tasks like filing and shredding. Over time, his passion for the industry led him to lending and ultimately to executive leadership.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Finance from Baker University in 2002 and an MBA with a finance emphasis from Wichita State University in 2005. He is also a 2015 graduate of GSBC.

An active member of his community, Michael has coached youth sports and served on numerous local boards.
