Today’s labor market and workplace environment are constantly changing.  In the last year, leaders have pivoted to address changing needs resulting from the impact of the pandemic. Talent Management plays an integral role in executing effective strategies to ensure a rich talent pipeline for your organization. Leaders will learn about practices and tools that drive impact in attracting, developing and retaining talent.

Course objectives:

  1. Learn how to increase organizational value through appropriate talent management strategies
  2. Recognize the impact of internal brand
  3. Learn the critical stages employees experience and how to adjust to meet changing needs of the workforce
  4. Gain exposure to innovative strategies used to optimize talent in today’s environment: diversity/equity/inclusion, employee expectations and virtual/remote work
