Regina Barr is a former financial-services marketing executive and Founder and CEO of Red Ladder, Inc. She’s a consultant, coach and trainer with over two decades of corporate leadership experience in organizations like the Dreyfus Service Corporation, Chase Manhattan Bank, Norwest Corporation, Wells Fargo, and U.S. Bank. For over a decade, Regina has worked with community banks in various capacities. She’s the author and spokesperson for the Leadership Gap Study and the annual Women at the Top® Study, both focused on community banking. Regina is a writer and media commentator who holds a BBA in Finance and master’s degrees in business administration (MBA) and human development (MA).

Regina received the Minnesota National Association of Women Business Owners Women Achieve! Vision award in 2016. Honored twice as a Top Woman in Finance, Regina is the proud recipient of the 2010 Finance & Commerce Top Women in Finance Circle of Excellence Award and the 2009 Financial Women International Partner in Success Award. She is also a former Minneapolis/ St. Paul Business Journal 40 Under Forty honoree.

Regina currently serves on the board of Minnesota Excellence in Public Service and actively supports several local non-profit organizations including Family Values for Life and the Breast Cancer Education Association. In addition, Regina mentors high potential men and women through Menttium and college students at her alma mater, Adelphi University. She is also a member of the National Speakers Association, the Society of Human Resource Management, the Women’s Speakers Association, a lifetime member of Financial Women International, and Founder of the Women at the Top® network.
