Patricia A. Perry joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond in September 2009 in the Human Resources (HR) function. In August 2014, Patricia assumed as assistant vice president role, leading a cross-functional business services team. The team delivered services in four functional areas:  information technology (IT), operations, quality management and talent management. In May 2021, Patricia accepted the opportunity to serve in her current role. She applies her strategy, talent management and process excellence skills to advance the vision of retaining talented IT professionals.

Prior to joining the Richmond Fed, Patricia held leadership roles in accounting, HR and operations. She has worked in a variety of industries including banking, management consulting, financial services, insurance and retail distribution. Patricia earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Hampton University, an MBA (with a focus in HR) from the College of William & Mary and an HR certificate from the George Washington University. She is a 2019 graduate of GSBC. Patricia maintains a number of certifications in HR, learning & development and Six Sigma. She values family (especially her two young adult sons), invests time in the community (mentoring and youth development) and enjoys embarking on new experiences/challenges.
