A published author on workplace strategies, organizational performance, ethnic identity development and leadership development program design in scientific, technical and mathematic (STEM) organizations, Chris Sansone works with organizations to enhance performance by leveraging strengths and teaching leaders to foster collaborative leadership and continuous, integrated learning. 

He is a former executive director at Partners Mentoring Youth, a trained mediator, certified professional coach by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and a certification candidate in appreciative inquiry, Chris holds a Ph.D. in human and organization systems from the Fielding Graduate Institute. He is qualified to deliver the MBTI, CPI and other C-suite personality assessments, the Team Diagnostic™ Assessment and the Denison Organizational Culture Survey. He has provided professional leadership coaching and mentoring skills training and leadership development programs across a broad clientele.
