Patricia A. Perry joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond in September 2009 in the human resources (HR) function. In her role as an HR business partner, she supported assigned clients in aligning their people practices with the business strategy; she also led a number of HR initiatives and business transformations.

In August 2014, Patricia assumed her current role as assistant vice president. In this capacity, she has responsibility for all centralized business support functions within the regulatory (supervision & regulation) department, including information technology (application development, technology deployment and asset management/security); operations (procurement, report processing, records management and travel); quality management and strategy (quality assurance, quality improvement, budget and strategic planning); and talent management and administration (workforce planning, conflicts of interest, learning & development, onboarding, offboarding and Peoplesoft).

Prior to joining the Richmond Fed, Patricia held leadership roles in accounting, HR and operations. She has worked in a variety of industries including banking, management consulting, financial services, insurance and retail distribution.  Patricia earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Hampton University, an MBA (with a focus in HR) from the College of William & Mary and an HR certificate from the George Washington University. She is a 2019 graduate of GSBC. Patricia maintains a number of national certifications in HR, learning & development and Six Sigma. Patricia values family, invests time in the community (mentoring and youth development) and enjoys embarking on new experiences/challenges.
