Janine Kasper is a passionate advocate of community financial institutions with a unique background in digital and branch transformation, payments, fintech and driving organizational readiness. While all financial institutions have a role to play in the banking system, Janine believes community financial institutions are the heart of our economy. She is committed to development of talent, diversity and inclusion.
At Q2, Janine is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of relationships with national, state, and regional banking associations and payment networks, industry analysts and consulting firms. Through the organizations Janine interacts with she is also responsible for identifying and engaging potential partners.
Janine volunteers on several committees and boards throughout the financial services industry and in developing new leaders. Janine is active in education and professional development with organizations and Associations across the U.S. She has now served as a volunteer mentor for more than 14 years with Menttium, an innovative leadership development program and will be a keynote speaker at an Association event and other events later this year.
Janine holds an MBA from Franklin University and a bachelor’s degree in marketing with a focus in management from The University of Texas at Austin. In her free time, Janine enjoys snow skiing, hiking, scuba diving and spending time with family and friends.
