EDI is a 19-month program for up-and-coming C-level executives whose work efforts influence the future direction of their banks. Participants receive personalized leadership development training by an executive coach, and are paired with CEO mentors from comparable, non-competing community banks. Bank-specific deliverables include a detailed ERM assessment, talent management analysis and profit improvement strategies.
