Cost includes some meals and seminar material. Hotel is not included. Payment is due at registration. All cancellations must be received in writing. If a participant cancels prior to the start of the seminar, there will be a full refund of all fees paid with the exception of a $200 administration fee. A participant who cancels after the seminar has started will be liable for the full fee. Attendees are eligible to receive CPE credits.
