Perry Haralson serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Compliance for Cornhusker Bank, a $600 million bank in Lincoln, Nebraska. He supervises a team responsible for reconciling, reporting, accounting, profitability, and the financial and statistical modeling of the bank.  In addition, he oversees the compliance department and acts as the regulatory liaison. Perry serves as the Chair of the bank’s ALCO committee, member of the Executive Management team, and sits on the board of directors for the bank and holding company.

Mr. Haralson has worked for Cornhusker Bank for 16 years and served as branch manager, construction/commercial loan officer, and financial operations officer prior to his current position.

He is a 2008 graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado, the Financial Managers School at the University of Wisconsin, holds an M.B.A. specialized in Financial Management and a B.A. Finance degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Perry served 11 years in the United States Marine Corps prior to starting his banking career.

He is active in the Nebraska Bankers Association, faculty instructor for several courses at the Nebraska and Kansas Schools of Banking, Dakota School of Lending, and serves on several community civic and charitable non-profit boards in Nebraska. Perry enjoys reading, history, coaching youth soccer, golf, and spending time with his wife Jennifer and two sons.
